Composition:
Pinot Noir grape juice
Fine de la Marne (brandy)
Juice fortified with alcohol.
Aged in large casks in our cellars for an average of two years.
Eye: Amber in colour
Nose: Intense with hints of prunes, quince jelly, honey, walnuts, etc.
Palate: This liqueur unfolds harmoniously on the palate.
It has great aromatic opulence with a touch of spice and hints of walnuts and prunes.
